CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY Hey lovely! 💕 Your appointment is reserved just for you, so to keep things fair and running smoothly: Any cancels, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service cost. Deposits are required for facials and go toward your service total, but are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. Smaller services (brazilian, brows, lashes, underarms, etc.) do not require deposits. A 10-minute grace period is allowed if you’re running late. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or marked as a no-show. I accept cash and card payments. A 2.5% processing fee + applicable sales tax is applied to all card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay transactions through my booking system. If you prefer to avoid the processing fee, cash is always welcome. A valid card is required to book and is securely kept on file to enforce this policy. No-call/no-shows may be restricted from booking future appointments.
